Summer London Illustration Fair

One of many lovely Birthday gifts I received this year was a screen-print workshop at the London Print Club. It’s the perfect gift for me right now, as I’m aiming to focus on a theme for my artwork which I can then experiment with using different media techniques. A work in progress really, and this workshop has given me the push to get things going…

The London Illustration fair was the ideal place for me to start gathering inspiration for my adventures into screen printing. I have been to this small but perfectly formed fair before, and was so happy to see the exhibitors had kept the same fun relaxed vibe but had lots of fresh prints and new fun things to get involved in.

Inside one of the Hoxton Arches it’s a trendy little location, with talented people doodling and discussing their work. What’s so great about this fair is that all the artwork is so affordable, there really is something for all budgets and it goes without saying you will leave feeling inspired. Over the next few weeks I’ll share with you some of my favourite finds, but for now here’s a few snaps so you can see what it’s all about! See you at the next one!20140707-090621-32781528.jpg 20140707-090611-32771492.jpg 20140707-090614-32774158.jpg 20140707-090617-32777304.jpg 20140707-090618-32778411.jpg 20140707-090615-32775234.jpg 20140707-090616-32776341.jpg 20140707-090620-32780485.jpg
