The moon’s presence has been on my mind a lot recently. I have reason to believe that during it’s appearance the full moon can disrupt the natural balance here on earth. I bet your thinking I’ve gone slightly mad.. then go ahead call me a lunatic, after all the word does derive from lunaticus meaning “of the moon” or “moonstruck” and was once used to describe people who went a little crazy during the full moon.
Believe what you wish but psychology aside there’s no denying the moon’s amazing natural beauty. There’s something special about that bright light reflecting from its mysterious cratered surface, captured here alongside the mountains by Bree Laliberte, who’s almost etching like illustration style captures perfectly the moon’s slightly eery presence in our sky.
